I am shocked to the lack of respect and care for their patients. I had been seeing Dr Llorente for approximately 8 months. On our first appointment, I should've learned my lesson when she was 20 minutes late. But the final straw was in August 2023. My appointment was scheduled for 9am and she showed up at 10am. Missed the whole appointment, and disregarded my time and efforts and the fact that I had to call out of work to see her (LOSING MONEY ON MY ACCOUNT). Dr. Llorente was the one who schedule my appointment in the first place. She does not value anyone's time but her own - even when the appointment was scheduled with more than 3 months notice. Now, I received a bill for $20 mind you and i called 6+ times to try and get this waived by the office. I have left plenty of voicemails and unsurprisingly, never received a call back. I have receive 2 more bills and even wrote in a handwritten letter of my lack of satisfaction with the office and they still chose to hold their ground with the $20 bill rather than show any sort of customer service and waive this pocket change. She probably needs the money to get her Starbucks rather than show up for her patient's appointments or call them back! If you are looking for a doctor to complete an OK job and waste your time, you've found it. By the way, if you need an appointment, try calling 17 times (even during business hours), and you will still be out of luck. The office staff is a joke. They were even talking crap on the doctor (and her lack of regard for the patients time and efforts) while I was fuming waiting for her to show up for my appointment, so that shows you how much they value her. If you chose for this to be your doctor, I wish you all the luck. You will need it. Best regards.
Dr. Llorente has been my trusted GP for the past 9 years, and her holistic approach to medicine sets her apart. My psychiatrist prescribed me a medication that has me gained 70lbs in less than 6 months. I also have Hashimoto's. Not only is Dr. LLorente helping me with the Hashimoto's but she also gave me a referral for another clinic that may be able to put me on Ozempic, she went above and beyond by calling that clinic and helping me schedule the appointment. She truly cares about the well being of her clients and does not come off as OVERLY eager to prescribes pills like many other doctors are ( she prescribes in a reasonable manner supported by the lab results as a doctor should).
I love Dr Llorente!! She’s so personal and truly cares about your health. I have been going to her for over three years now and I feel like we’re family. And I’ve learned so much!! If you want to be an active participant on your health journey she’s your gal.
I give Dr. Llorente 5 stars and her front office staff -5 stars. I had my physical months ago and am still waiting for a legible copy of the name of the supplements I'm supposed to start taking. Who told me they'd get this for me? The front office staff. I actually managed to pick at time when they answered the phone. Other than that, I am echoing all the other comments about the front office staff. I'm sorry Dr. Llorente. If I can't get in touch with you or get from you things I request because your staff didn't give you the message, I need to find another doctor.
