It was a nice spa and I had a very good massage by Clara. For the price that it is, I would have liked to see better amenities/products in the spa area itself.
I did love the tranquility area, the beds are super comfy but the refreshment area could have a few more options or at least have options for purchase.
I’m used to seeing quality products in the spa available for usage. I did see single use brushes and combs, one hair dryer and q-tips/make up remover. I don’t usually care to bring my toiletry bag with me to a luxury spa, everything should be available there. There was face wash at one sink if you scoured the whole place. There was no moisturizer or sun screen anywhere to be found.
My intake questionnaire that I filled out ahead of time was very thorough but unfortunately was not used correctly. I’m petite but I got a XXL robe and Large slippers for someone with size 10 feet.
Our welcoming and tour of the facilities was a little brief and Kurt. The receptionist was nicer after we had to ask her a few questions since we had never stepped foot in there before that. Overall I had a mediocre experience but it was at least relaxing environment and a good massage.

Thankful to Travelzoo for letting me experience one of the best facials ever. Gillian has a gentle energy about her as well as touch. Relaxing & a calming experience. My BF had a great massage! We got to use the gym & amenities in the spa. Staff were so fun & friendly. The spa is clean, beautiful & lounge was cute. We had access to the pool as well. Nice weekday place to play hooky.

I had two services while visiting the Beverly Wilshire. I had a massage one day and a sugar scrub massage the other and they were both amazing experiences by highly trained individuals. My husband had the same experience and we will definitely be back. The hallway to your room is very serene and calming. And the pool, sauna and steam are all very relaxing and clean.

Nora gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She got to know me and helped tailor it to the specific needs of my body instead of going through the motions. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and while it’s definitely an expensive massage, having all-day access to the facilities and validated parking until 2am in the heart of Beverly Hills definitely made my spa day worth the cost. The pool is pretty small but there was always seating available throughout the day, plenty of shade and sun, and the staff was great.

I had a wonderful experience at The Spa at Beverly Wilshire. My masseuse, Lisa, was incredibly knowledgeable when I let her know of previous/ current injuries. The massage was not only beyond relaxing (I dozed off a few times), but it was also very therapeutic. I went in with back pain, neck pain, and some carpal tunnel and, when I left, much of that pain was alleviated. Truly a fantastic experience complemented by time in the steam room, in the relaxation room, and by the pool. Such a perfect Mother’s Day!
