Warm greeting from the receptionist at check in and quiet . I checked in early to get some quiet time in the lounge area where they served flavored water ,tea and coffee and small snacks. It would have been nice to have cucumber available with the cold towels like their photos on the site ,but overall it was nice.

soo beautiful here wow and very clean!! i love that you guys include the hot tub, steam room, and all the other amenities in the price anddd you guys literally have everything we need shavers, gel, bags for wet clothes, etc. All staff i seen so far were sweet and helpful tygsm! Will come back soon! and tysm paula for the pedicures we loved u so much :) !

Esthetician was very good. However, I was quoted a price, double checked it with the person that made the appt and was told it was twice the amount when checking out. Please request an email for verification before going.

I've been here a few times in the last couple of years and had mostly good experiences. I always watch for the discounts because I feel like they're a little pricy for the area. But this time my experience was different. When I called to make my appointment the girl on the phone wasn't worried about what I wanted or needed at all. Her only concern was securing my credit card number and making sure that I understood that less than 24 hours cancellation meant I paid the full fee. I was a little annoyed with this and also annoyed that I had to call back 3 additional times just to get a couple of simple questions answered. There used to be much more information available on the website. But sadly the phone calls pale in comparison to the dismissive way the desk staff treated me and others while I was there. Towels needed replenishing, a blow dryer wasn't working and what nearly everyone was upset about, the hot tub either wasn't hot or wasn't full. When attendants were in the locker room they were polite and helpful. But when others or I attempted to ask for what we needed from the front desk our requests were met with irritation and excuses. The fact that no one even bothered to apologize for the conditions of the spa when I brought us concerns added insult to injury.

This was my first time at the Ivy Day spa. Courtney was my masseuse and she was fantastic. She listened to my body as well as being very careful of my injuries. She was thoughtful, and very attentive on how much pressure was necessary and what was comfortable for me.
The facility itself is calming, and beautiful. Outstanding day.
