I used to go her before COVID hit and with Esme. I bring my kids here to get our facials done. The service is great and I love how Esme took good care of us. We honestly miss coming to this place and Esme as well but lost our membership and all the credits that I paid for due to the pandemic. We will come again once our schedules become more available. I hope Esme will still be in when we return. So far all good experience to say.

Massage was good. But I was given a gift card from my wife who is a member and it was supposed to be good for a service (massage/facial) at the member price and I still had to come out of pocket $50 plus the tip I left. We won’t be back. She is going to cancel her membership and tell her friends who are also memebers.

I have been going here for years, and while it’s hard for me to get out here as often as I want CONNIE makes it worth it every time. Every time. I’m scared to even write this because I don’t want her to get so booked she can’t take me lol. I’ve had many other great therapists here, too, that I’ve booked on multiple occasions! I’ve never really been disappointed and, while it’s a bit pricey, I’d encourage taking advantage of their membership program. I have also loved my facials here ❣️

UPDATE: I recently went back to this location and had a wonderful experience with a different masseuse. Sadly one of my BFFs got the guy I had last time and she described a similar experience like what I described previously.
I usually love Hand & Stone and have been a member for almost a year now, but I must say I was disappointed by my recent visit at this location. I was visiting from Texas with my BFF and thought it would be nice for us to relax. I got a one hour massage. The therapist did not use enough pressure even though I asked for it. I also mentioned I needed more work on my back and shoulders, but it seemed like he spent a few minutes there and moved on. His whole technique was kind of all over the place with no flow and jumping from one random place to the next and worst of all, he did some strange technique with his elbow for my butt that was very painful. Don't know if I would return to this location. I gave one extra star for the ladies at the front who were very nice.

This place left me more tense than I was. I’ve tried almost every massage therapist this place has and I don’t think they have not even one person that’s good. I prefer Massage Envy over this place to be honest. It looks “nice” but the staff isn’t they were very unwelcoming. Save your money go somewhere else. I have a feeling their staff is the people who write 5 star reviews here. There’s no way anyone came here rated it 5 stars.
