I can’t say enough good things about Ann Steinfeld Physical Therapy! I worked with Zoe and a few others over the past year to improve my balance and walking, which had been affected by MS. From day one, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping me get better.
Zoe and the team provided excellent care, but more than that, they genuinely cared—it wasn’t just about the exercises but about making real improvements in my daily life. And a huge shoutout to Mallory at the front desk! She goes above and beyond to help with scheduling, fitting you in when needed, and dealing with insurance, which makes everything so much easier.
I’ve definitely seen progress, and I’m so grateful for their support. If you’re looking for PT with people who truly want to help you succeed, this is a great place to go!

Ann Steinfeld PT is a place loaded with smiles, friendly atmosphere and genuine caring! The knowledge and expertise is unmatched! Kristen took me from extreme pain and lack of range to no pain and total movement. I definite recommend ASPT and would give 10 stars if I could!

I came to Ann after my podiatrist had me try physical therapy for ankle instability. A couple weeks of seeing Ann twice a week and I am SOLID! Ann is the best and she’s built an awesome team. She understood my lifestyle and goals and helped me heal! I was sad to leave because I loved hanging out with her and the team. The absolute best PT I’ve ever been to! ♥️

I began physical therapy nine months ago with Ann Steinfield following a broken tibia and fibula. Due to the surgery, my knee also experienced significant trauma, requiring additional therapy for both the knee and lower leg/ankle. I focused on leg therapy for approximately three months before transitioning to shoulder therapy, addressing an 18-year-old injury, which I continued until December 31st. I'm pleased to report that my shoulder's range of motion is excellent, and my leg and knee are in great condition. I was back to mountain biking and dirt biking within six months. Ann, Zoey, Tina and Julie did an outstanding job— they are incredibly professional, highly knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to your rehabilitation.

I came to see Ann with a left hip pain. She was friendly yet very knowledgeable about where the pain might be coming from. She was encouraging in teaching stretches to alleviate or reduce the pain. I highly recommend their services.
