Going here was one of the best decisions of my life. My wife scheduled consultations for us in January and we both signed up for the full program. It’s almost July and I have already put on 20 lbs of muscle and lost 11 lbs of fat (roughly 6 months). My blood work is dramatically improved on all fronts. More than that — I feel better as a 40+ year old man than I did in my 20s. I cannot recommend the Breen Center enough. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I can text Kryston on a weekend and she will respond. Avery is awesome and comes to our house (on time) to take blood samples quickly and conveniently. Cat is amazing, encouraging, professional, and insightful. Dr. Breen is well versed in the latest research and is thoughtful when designing a program that works for me. He’s inspiring and practical.
