First and foremost I want to thank Bruce. He not only kick started my journey of healing and physical therapy. But completely opened my eyes to the world of Rolfing. Prior to meeting Bruce I had never heard of the field before. But what an introduction it was. Bruce is an exceptional healer and a skilled Rolfer. He intuitively identifies which areas of my body need attention. I appreciate his sensitivity and the precision of his work which assists me to receive fully the benefits from each session.
I attribute my successful knee replacement to the Rolfing sessions I had with Bruce both pre and post surgery. Not only did he work on preparing my body for surgery and recovery, he also assisted me preparing mentally.
He is very kind, thoughtful, and funny. Most session there is a lively conversation and laughter. I still see him monthly to support my continued wellbeing.

I came to Bruce with pain and limited mobility, from an injury that had developed over time. In his assessment process Bruce helped me to understand how I had been re-injuring the area, rather than helping it to heal. He suggested specific changes, which helped immensely. As for the hands on work, WOW! Bruce is gifted, and I am grateful to have received the precise and sensitive bodywork he offers. He was attuned and open in his communication during the table work, encouraging me to be “as fussy as possible,” in order to help us both to locate the precise places my tissue needed to soften. I enjoyed his humor and encouragement, which really gave me the permission to collaborate, so that my body could receive what it needed from his touch. My pain was significantly improved after the first session. Over time, the work he provided, coupled with the practical changes he helped to identify, have brought lasting relief. Bruce is exceptional in his knowledge and skill, highly recommend!

Bruce showed an extensive knowledge of the foot and ankle when I was describing my injuries and past experiences of wear and tear through exercise and sports. He really focused on the major points I had articulated. He worked into my collateral ligaments on my big toe that I have been having an issue with after a bicycle accident. He also stretched my tight inferior and superior extensor from years of playing soccer and rugby kicking the ball and setting into scrums and rucks. I was also in a motorcycle accident and he really got into that deep tissue that has been scarred in my shins and under/below my patella. The environment was very welcoming. The low light really got me to relax my body and have that therapeutic vibe with the intense deep tissue work. All this to say that I will definitely be going back and very much will be recommending it to friends and family.

Bruce is the best body worker I've ever had. He's kind and gentle, but his work is deep and impactful. He was able to help me with issues that nobody else could figure out.
