The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. This location is very convenient and close to where I live.
The massage therapists were nice and friendly too, but they have been lacking consistency with the quality of their massage. Maybe they're just having a bad day, I get it, but it's been happening so often that I'm contemplating on discontinuing my membership.
If only there was more than one Hand and Stone in the Valley...

I love the hand and stone in porter ranch. I have seen a few different massage therapists, and they are all wonderful!
Their app makes it easy to book appointments and you are able to select a masseuse based on the pressure you prefer. And I can't forget to mention their heated beds....so relaxing! I love it here!

Massage was pretty good. I gave it a four star rating, due to the masseuse not addressing my concerned area until the end, and then telling me you have large knots in that area prior to leaving. I vasilated on purchasing the lifestyle spa plan, due to this reason.

Just sent my mother in for her birthday to get a full body head to toe massage. Although, I paid for the extra add-ons, it seemed that they crammed it all in under an hour. The massage itself almost felt like "touching" rather than a real massage that works out tensions, my mother mentioned.
Other than that she said it was a nice looking place and the staff was very nice as well. It was just the quality of massage and the fact that it felt rushed that was the issue.

I explained to the masseuse that I had a headache. I had an hour massage scheduled which we all know is actually 50 minutes. She spent a large portion of the time massaging my head. I actually had to ask her to move on. I explained to her that my shoulders were tight and my back was tight. Once she began massaging my body, I felt as if she was just putting lotion/oil on my body. She did not go above my knees, and once she asked me to flip over, she did not do the back of my legs. She did get into the knots in my back. I was very disappointed. I will not be going back here.
