Before visiting Cecilia, I was nervous and doubtful as I had never done anything like Reiki before. Fortunately, I was welcomed with a sense of warmth and ease. I have signed up for several classes with Cecilia. Private and group sound baths, guided meditation, reiki as well as spiritual coaching.
