I want to start by saying this is a 5 Star Pl. however when I visited yesterday, amen had somehow gotten into the spa without going through the front door and dripped off on a woman in a sleeping room. The staff kept me quiet and the police were not called and I was very disappointed about this. I’ve been attending this far for many many years and I’ve never had a problem, but just the fact that they did not call the police and report this as they should is a problem.

Honest Review I purchased the Aroma massage with day pass for $130 - I expected to stay for the day & ended up feeling so uncomfortable & upset that I left right after my massage. The young ladies at the desk were antagonistic with any inquiries made and refused to acknowledge any errors. Do expect a rude reception if you ask even the simplest question such as where the bathrooms are located (no there’s no map or signs to guide you thru the facility, no there’s no one inside to assist, & no bathrooms are not in the locker area like most spas). Do expect barely understandable communication during your less than pleasant massage. Do expect to be demanded to give a tip & handed a tip envelope then shoved out of the room after your massage (see other reviews stating this exact same experience). Do expect to be lectured, not spoken to but spoken AT, citing all of their policies, none of which were emailed to you at booking, but sit on a paper at the front desk facing the receptionists. Do expect to be fully nude if you want to use the actual spa area. Do expect half a dozen flashing disco strobe lights & insanely loud party music with a huge pool of cold water in the only area you CAN wear a bathing suit (because we all go to relaxing spas for a full on rager, right?). Do expect the food area to be dingy and nowhere near clean enough to safely eat. Do expect dirty printouts of dishes displayed with half the menu items blocked out as unavailable with no description of Any of the dishes. Do Not expect to feel welcomed, relaxed, or even as if you’re at a spa. Do Not expect a response from management (Mark) and certainly no refund. I would not suggest Spa Palace to anyone interested in a relaxing spa experience. The homeless people laying out front to greet you as you enter is a strong indicator of what’s to come. Time and money are far better spent at Glen Ivy or Murrietta Hot Springs.

Very clean and excellent facilities. Co-ed area is well cared for and I love the specialty saunas, especially the one with the clay beads and the one with the Himalayan salt. The restaurant on site makes great vegetarian soup. The men’s sauna is very clean and has an amazing steam room, multiple hot tubs, plenty of showers, a dry sauna, a sleeping room with heated floors, and a relaxation room. Big fan of this place. Parking is also free and easy on-site.

An absolutely serene and rejuvenating experience. The atmosphere was calming, the facilities were spotless, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax and unwind. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated to create a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful escape and self-care. There are three temperatures for spa bathing: 1. Cold Plunge: 50°F (10°C) Provides an invigorating and refreshing experience, ideal for improving circulation and muscle recovery. 2. Hot Bath: 104°F (40°C) Comfortable and soothing, this is a common temperature for relaxation and stress relief. 3. Safest Max Hot: 110°F (43°C) The upper limit for most spa environments, as prolonged exposure above this can pose health risks. Always limit time at this temperature. There are also other very fine facilities: 1. Restaurant* (limited hours), 2. Hot room, 3. Cold room, 4. Pool, 5. Bar* (limited hours). 6. Pamper extras, such as male and female scrubs, nail care, etc. *Wrist tag serves as a tab that will be paid upon exiting.

This is a VERY DETAILED AND HONEST opinion on what to expect when coming here for the first time First, I am NOT at all too picky with new things or places I havent been to before, I'm pretty open minded- so the only comparison I had to this kind of place was Wi-Spa. Which was my first choice, but they apparently deep clean the womens facility certain times and were closed for the whole day, hence why i came here. When i got here, I found the parking structure pretty easily, but it took me a minute to realize I had to take the elevators UP to the 3rd Floor. (They kinda make it seem like you'll walk right in with the sign in the structure but it fine. ) Walking out of the elevator, it appeared really clean and spacious. Also, the front desk clerk (night shift ..I came in at around 12am) was super friendly and professional. She asked me if I wanted to stay till first checkout which was 2 am or pay 10$ more for overnight and checkout at 11am. I obviously chose the overnight which was 45$. I had to sign a waiver, and show my ID since it was my first time (they go based on your phone number )(if you don't have your id- im sure there are ways around it so don't get deterred because of that lol) After paying, she asked for my size in "uniform " and asked if i wanted blankets, toothbrush, and/or a razor .. I asked about slippers and a Robe ..and she said they had none left...which was the first BUMMER- BUT what really threw me off was that IT WAS EMPTY. I counted maybe 4 women here. :( (Bring sandals just in case.) Next, the saunas are a bit confusing to locate (until you walk around and locate them ) but There were no areas that I saw at least that have fresh linen or robes like Wi spa does..so dont expect more than what they give you (i received 2 blankets, 1 large towel and 1 smaller towel). - The locker was clean, easy to access. The makeup area with blow dryers was clean and nice ...bathrooms were clean as well. I first went to the showers, and saw my favorite type that I usually choose at wi spa- which is the sitting showers with little plastic seats to sit on. I was excited at first because noone was in there but my eyes immediately saw the little plastic seats and they had WHAT APPEARED to be someone's shaved black hair all over them (not sure how they managed to get it over 4 seats but they did) - pretty bummed about that honestly but whatever I went to the normal showers. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash was all good, the showers felt pretty clean, and no complaints there. Next i changed, and wanted to go smoke a cigarette in the "garden" ...let me tell you, it's confusing to find and Noone was around to help me find it...eventually i realized it was the doors that said "emergency don't open on it " while also reading "garden " on the plaque next to it .. I was honestly super disappointed in the "garden" there was NO HEAT LAMPS ON..it was very dark and ..honestly I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was raining and perhaps that's why it was SO DIRTY. tables are old and used, and it just was not kept up at all..to make it worse..the BIGGEST RAT ive ever seen was chillin right next to me..but im outside and it's not exactly closed off so im not complaining about that... Just wasn't really that comfortable after being in a hot shower ...you know?! Sooooo, they said there was food and there was NOTHING OPEN. not even a clerk to ring up drinks etc, nothing at all...even the larger dining area was dark.. The only place that appeared to have something was a few vending machines in the mickey mouse room that I thought was for kids. I liked the top Ramen vending machine though (the hot h20 button is inside the white little door ..it wont come out till you push the button and you have 5 mins to get it, also you have to TURN IT OFF ) Honestly, i gave this place 3 stars because it does the very basic and minimal job for being a bath house. Youll get your basic needs met-But nothing close to the experience at Wi Spa ( not promoting-its just my comparison), and this is ONLY FOR THE OVERNIGHT PEOPLE..
