I’ve been a loyal customer at your establishment for some time and have always appreciated the excellent service, especially from one of your technicians, Tukki (I hope I’m spelling their name correctly!). However, I wanted to express a concern I’ve been feeling lately.
I understand that tipping is customary in the service industry, but I’ve noticed an increase in signage throughout the establishment encouraging or suggesting specific tip amounts. I fully understand that tips are an important part of employees’ income, but I’ve been worried that this may create a feeling of pressure for customers, especially those who may be dealing with financial constraints or health issues, such as needing therapy but not being able to afford large tips.
I want to be clear that I’m not against tipping and appreciate the work your staff does. My concern is that some people may feel uncomfortable or unable to afford such a large tip, and I want to make sure that your employees are compensated fairly without creating a burden for customers.
I think your business would benefit from removing these signs, as it would create a more welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone. Perhaps offering a clearer statement about how tips are voluntary and that your employees are well-compensated could help alleviate this concern.
Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope you will consider making these adjustments to improve the experience for all your customers.
Ps , please ask your receptionist to stop giving dirty looks when they are not happy with my concerns or questions! Thank you
Still giving 5stars , just so your rates are not going down

My mom and I went a week ago (simultaneous massages, separate rooms). The place was comfortable, clean, and calm. The decor in the lobby and common areas were nicely zen.
My mom said she had the best massage she had ever had in her life. She’s almost 70 with mobility problems and sciatica (so, a touch trickier than just a usual massage), and she said she felt like “a million bucks” when her massage was over (I’m sooo glad!!)
The removal of stars comes from my massage. It was mostly fine at the time, though at times much too hard- which I tried to express. And then I thought “well, it must be good for me, so just suck up the pain”… it’s now a week later and my neck and shoulder are so sore I still can’t do anything (including just existing, or sleeping) without medication. To fix it, I’ve tried heat, cold, creams (cod/arnica/icy hot), stretching, exercise and rest. Nothing has made it any better except for pain relievers. I hope it goes away soon so I can get back to normal life.

On the positive side, my massage was pretty on point. I asked for deep tissue and Kate definitely delivered! My only suggestion is to have a rug or sandals available since the floors are freezing. Also I think it’s important your therapists introduce themselves before starting and know your name as well.
On the negative side and quite frankly, MOST important liability wise, I literally FELL as I entered through the back entrance. It is dark and there are a steep couple of steps below the door. Two of the employees witnessed this and didn’t even bat an eye. THANK GOD I’m ok for the most part, a little pain under my knee, but this is for sure a lawsuit waiting to happen. There are no signs or warnings of any kind! For everyone’s safety, DO BETTER!!

Best massage I've had. My husband and I have been EVERYWHERE, and truly believe in getting a regular massage amx we feel so blessed whenever we can get a massage and feel like any is better than no massage. But it is important to highlight the skill talent and abilities of BOTH our masseuses Amy was able to get all my tension released and my husband was pain free for the first time in weeks after his session with Vivian. I can't imagine going anywhere else now.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and have always had wonderful deep tissue massages from their amazing Staff of massage therapists (They also offer Swedish and Thai style Massages). Tukkey is my favorite therapist, she is strong and very aware of how the body is connected and also offers guidance on stretches that can help me stay more limber at home. There’s free parking in the back and the massage rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
